  This place is a good addition to the growing list of good Chinese places on the westside.   I got their spicy, fried chicken, which could definitely have been hotter, next time I'll order with more chili, but it was good, well fried and not greasy.   The crab and pork dumplings were fine, very juicy, but the pork and cabbage had much more flavor.   My friend got D11, the egg and shrimp dumplings, and they also were good.  
  
  The servers were very friendly and helpful.  They serve beer and wine.  The only disappointment was no pig ear in the case!

  I eat here way too much  probably because I have a soup dumpling addiction.
  
  I honestly love this place. From the cute decor, to the trendy silverware, and the amazingly nice workers. Oh yeah and of course the yummy food. I love coming here with my friends and splitting way too much food.
  
  I always get the juicy dumps, fried rice, and some times I change it up and get their chicken soup.
  
  I recommend this place if you are debating it. It's super yummy

  I don't know why this place has 4 stars.  The customer service is terrible and the food is bland.  We ordered take-out (which I know is risky - so got the beef noodle soup, a cold noodle dish and soup dumplings- b/c I'm addicted to them)   I kept a close eye on the pick-up time in the app and called 10 min before the earliest pick-up time.  When I did they said everything was ready - wtf?!?  I jumped in the car and picked it up.  
  
  They had packed the cold dish in between the two warm ones - so everything was lukewarm.  The noodles were soggy and congealed.  Everything was bland.  
  
  When I called customer support at yelp (we placed the order through the app).  When they followed up
  With the restaurant to ask why they prepared the order so early they gave a totally BS irrelevant answer and said "the food was fine" and refused to comp a single item.
  
  I understand the restaurant business in LA is tough - but with all the competition I'd think a place like this would want to make sure they are putting out quality food in a timely manner to minimize sogginess.  
  
  I will not be back.

  Many wrongs, one right. The dumplings are indeed good, but a) scallion pancakes were shameful. Just dough and oil. b) no hot tea in a Chinese restaurant, wth? c) restaurant prices but it's self-service. d) they charge for regular ol white rice that should come with the entrees. Won't be back.

  Came here on a Friday night and it wasn't very busy. You order up front and everything is self-serve.
  
  We ordered the beef noodle soup ($9), juicy pork dumplings ($8.50), boiled chicken dumplings ($9), and shrimp fried rice ($9). I liked the flavor of the beef noodle soup. There wasn't much beef though. The pork dumplings tasted delicious, but the skin was a bit too thick. Don't expect it to be like Din Tai Fung's xiao long bao. The chicken dumplings also had a very thick skin but the flavor was okay. The shrimp fried rice was decent.
  
  Overall, the food was just okay. Probably wouldn't come back.
